Penwortham United Reformed Church (PURC) is taking its advice from both Government and the United Reformed Church (URC) via the NW Synod in respect of our local response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

We regret therefore that there will not be any church services/other church premises activities held at PURC until further notice.

As and when the church is able to modify this response, further information will be provided as promptly as possible.

Whilst the building will be closed for worship and other activities, the Elders have been taking steps to ensure communication is sustained with members via both e-mail and directly by telephone from your Elder. If you have any concerns or difficulties please do not hesitate to contact your Elder.
