This year Christian Aid Week will be from 10-16 May. This is an opportunity for people to focus on their support for the work of Christian Aid and its partners worldwide. Information is available in church and on the Christian Aid website

Penwortham Gala is a 2 day event to be held on Sat.13th and Sun.14th June 2026 at Hurst Grange Park including a procession, charity stalls, fairground, plus the Churches Together in Penwortham Marquee with refreshments. There will be all day entertainment and an evening concert. Sunday activities will include an open air church service. The Sunday Service will be held at 11.00am – bring fold up chairs. Refreshments will normally be served after the services on the 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month; all are welcome to stay for fellowship and a chat.
Junior Church will normally be held on the 1st & 3rd Sundays of each month.
Parade Services with 5th Penwortham Scouts in term time will generally be on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Service details are posted on this page and in the “Activities” section.
