The URC continues to provide Online Sunday Services as well as Daily Devotions. To access these please click on the Main Menu tab “URC Services &Devotions” and then click the dropdown tab. There are also URC NW Synod online ZOOM gatherings for “Communion” and “Coffee Mornings” for which details are published in our “Contact” magazine – click on the button above.
Penwortham United Reformed Church (PURC) is taking its advice from both Government and the United Reformed Church (URC) via the NW Synod in respect of our local response to the COVID-19 outbreak. There will be limited use of the church/other church premises in accordance with the relevant guidelines until further notice. For Funerals only until further notice, please contact the Church Secretaries on 07716129719. As and when the church is able to modify this response, further information will be provided as promptly as possible.
Penwortham United Reformed Church (PURC) is taking its advice from both Government and the United Reformed Church (URC) via the NW Synod in respect of our local response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Whilst there is limited use of the church and associated buildings for worship and other activities, the Elders have been taking steps to ensure communication is sustained with members via both e-mail and directly by telephone from your Elder.
